The room we were eventually moved to was more spacious and free of mold. The location was convenient for nearby attractions, making it easy for us to explore. The pool area provided a nice view, which was calming after a stressful check-in experience.
Despite the positives, the overall experience was overshadowed by poor service and a lack of cleanliness.

The staff seemed friendly enough, even when I had to fix my own door issue with some bolts I picked up from Walmart. I enjoyed how close it was to all the attractions, really made things easier for my family during this trip.
It wasn't the cheapest stay considering the issues we faced, but still acceptable for the price I guess.

It was just a solid selection for a flash visit in Pigeon Forge with good price value. The bathroom had a large hole in the shower that made it hard to use. Make sure to check the bathroom and room amenities before settling in.

Perfect for a family trip!
We had a fun stay! The pool area was super clean, and our grandson loved it. The location was spot on for what we wanted to do. Only con was the annoying noise from the go-kart track next door. There was a nice picnic area to chill at after a day out, tho. Would definitely recommend!
